Cambodia
Surprisingly, traveling in Cambodia was a disappointment for me.
In most other Asian countries there is a lot to see and experience even
if you avoid the usual tourist hotspots; for instance there is so much more to
India than just Taj Mahal;
and Laos will be a very enjoyable travel destination
even if you omit the pretty temple town of Luang Prabang.
But Cambodia was almost like "just a country" for me, except for the
temples of Angkor which surely do stand out. I am sure I am not doing justice
to Cambodia by saying things like that, after all what can you experience
if you only have two weeks? For that reason I will stop now.
